Initial Frame Construction
Because of the high cost of shipping the item frame which is a high dimension low weight ratio item 42" x 53", 235 pounds, the truck freight alone can cost more than the unit. We now offer a hardware and implement kit which includes all bolts, discs, and trailer connectors giving you one project. The heavy four-piece frame. This frame material can be bought locally and simply drilled and welded together. Takes a day to weld and assemble. Check out our instruction Blue Print page for a full understanding.

Cut to Weld, Square, and Drill Parts A and B
Top and Bottom Channel Iron 3" x 1.5" x 1/8" to 37 1/2" inches in length.
Drill a 3/4" hole in the center of the center of both the top and the bottom to station the rod.
Cut to Weld and Square Parts C
Side Bar Channel Iron 3" x 1.5" x 1/8" to 52 1/2" inches in length.
Use the flat bar shipped to mark and align the six (6) 1/2" holes in the Channel center.
(Note: these parts can be modified for your width and weight by adding the extra dimension. In other words for a 60" fence add one foot, etc. You may also want to build a lighter frame. )
Cut to Weld and Square Parts D
Side Bar Tube Iron 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1/8" to 52 1/2" inches in length.
Drill 3/4" holes in Tube to fix trailer Part F adjusting the hole location to your height application with your equipment.
(Note: this part should be modified in ratio with the C Part. )

Cut to Weld, Drill Coupling Trailer Part E
Coupling Trailer Hitch Tube Iron 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1/8" to 7" inches in length.
Adjust and measure your bumper/hitch application for roller height, measure and mark for drilling.
Drill short tube hole for the trailer bolt on the bottom.
Weld the short tube onto the long tube Part D as shown.
